Generations has a strong training program to help you receive the necessary certifications to work with us. If you have any current certifications please let us know about them when you apply. (i.e. CPR, first aid, BHP, DSP, etc.)

 

BHP and DSP Role

Compensation based on experience and client load

General Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Pass a background check
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Possess a clean driving record
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Carry 100/300 liability insurance on vehicle
  • Willing to complete needed training

Shared Living Oversight Manager

$52K per annum

  • Waterville Maine area
  • Must have 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Possess a strong level of self-motivation
  • Possess a high level of organizational skills
  • Have a friendly and outgoing personality
  • Have a reliable vehicle and willing to travel to Clients
  • Moderate level of computer skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (in a related field)
  • Possess a working knowledge of the State of Maine Section 21 and 29 waiver process
